what i ate - emily

  • breakfast - cottage cheese, V8 and almonds
  • shake
  • lunch - turkey burger, avocado, grilled zucchini and salsa all over everything
  • shake and strawberries
  • dinner (not in a cooking mood at 9 pm) so i had 3 string cheese, V8 and almond
  • {i drink a lot of v8 for my veggies. the big 2 serving ones from costco. in fact if i found aa world where you just drink shakes or eat bars for every meal i would totally move there. }

  2. muscle-milk lite from Costco. i like them because they're in a carton so i don't have to mix and can just throw it in my purse.

    best tasting protein shake around!
