Also, it would be awesome to start posting what we are eating!! That way when our brains shut off from hunger at 5pm, and we can't think of what to make for dinner, we can get some ideas. Just label those posts "Meal Ideas" and I'll make a little button that links to all of those meal ideas. Don't feel like you have to post every day. Just whenever you are so inclined. :)
For example:
- Breakfast (9am): Egg white omelette with mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes cooked in olive oil + grapefruit
- Snack (12pm): Shake & Berries
- Lunch (3pm): Grilled chicken with zucchini and tomatoes cooked in olive oil.
- Dinner (6pm): 15 almonds while I was cooking (ha), sauteed mushrooms mixed with ground beef. Corn on the cob, broccoli, grapefruit for dessert.
- Snack (9pm): Shake, popcorn.
- (I snacked on berries throughout the day, as well as cucumbers with balsamic vinegar and red pepper flakes. And I seasoned the crap out of everything. Of course.)
