Time Schedule & What I ate today

After talking with Emily today, she couldn't totally remember how long this diet should last per "phase." Right now it's 2 weeks for Phase 1. But anyone feels like they want to go longer, that's totally fine! So I changed the name of the PDFs. So the Nutrition Plan now says "Phase 1" instead of "Weeks 1&2." I think my body will be fine with the 42 days as it stands right now. But if anyone wants to go longer, let me know, and I can tell you how to add a countdown gadget that's personalized for you (instead of the universal one I have in the sidebar now).

Also, it would be awesome to start posting what we are eating!! That way when our brains shut off from hunger at 5pm, and we can't think of what to make for dinner, we can get some ideas. Just label those posts "Meal Ideas" and I'll make a little button that links to all of those meal ideas. Don't feel like you have to post every day. Just whenever you are so inclined. :)

For example:

  • Breakfast (9am): Egg white omelette with mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes cooked in olive oil + grapefruit
  • Snack (12pm): Shake & Berries
  • Lunch (3pm): Grilled chicken with zucchini and tomatoes cooked in olive oil.
  • Dinner (6pm): 15 almonds while I was cooking (ha), sauteed mushrooms mixed with ground beef. Corn on the cob, broccoli, grapefruit for dessert.
  • Snack (9pm): Shake, popcorn.
  • (I snacked on berries throughout the day, as well as cucumbers with balsamic vinegar and red pepper flakes. And I seasoned the crap out of everything. Of course.)
