Wild Rocket Grilled Salad

This salad is AWESOME. I am seriously a born-again salad eater. I'm feeling restaurant quality on some of these...or maybe it's because my food choices are so regimented that something like this feels gourmet. Whatever the reason, try this salad:

Wild Rocket Grilled Salad

Grilled chicken (I like the pre-grilled frozen chicken breasts in the bags from the freezer section for added flavor)
Baby Spinach
Wild Rocket greens
Grilled grape tomatoes (mine were yellow)
Diced cucumber

Dressing: (I winged the amounts, but it was very little)
Olive oil
White wine vinegar
Mustard
Dash of Worscestershire sauce
Salt & Pepper
(wisk together with a fork)

Toss everything together. Then I sprinkled some garlic salt over the whole thing. YUM.

  1. Wild Rocket are just a type of salad greens. They have a peppery flavor, likie arugula. I get the at Fresh n' Easy. Here's a link to what they look like:

  2. Hey lyndsay, just got my first delivery from farm fresh, we got the more mixed la, and I love the variety, BUT I have a question, do u feel like the portions are a little small? There doesn't seem to be enough of one thing to barely feed two people and I got the upgraded version. Did u get the avocados this week? Jon was laughing bc we've never seen any so small, one was LITERALLY the size of a golfball:)! Let me know your thoughts
