progress report:
i have added carbs into my diet. before that, maybe i wasn't eating enough, i don't know, but oddly enough i have lost more weight this way than when i was on phase 1. who knows. maybe i am eating more so my body isn't holding onto things {as mentioned by lindsay}. it's a good thing. it's a great thing. i am feeling the transformation happening! yaaaa-hooooooo!
even better..... embot is flying my way {as i type} for a long weekend retreat and i assure you we will be awesomely awesome eating as best we can in between walks through the forest, soaking in natural hot springs and pedicures.
great updates ladies. keep it up and git r' done.
