8:30 breakfast - cottage cheese V8 and almonds
11:30 snack - shake
2:30 - lunch - turkey burger, zucchini and avocado with some spicy salsa
6:00 - dinner - kuru kuru with doug. he left for NY last night so he took me out for some quick sushi. i ate mostly raw fish and rice. had a hand roll and crispy rice with spicy tuna and.....NO DIET COKE. that is a big one for me. just water. i figure a night out could have been much worse.
9:00 - snack - shake
strawberries through out the day as usual. oh and a grapefruit.
