totally want a hamburger today, will probably go to in n out later, for a little protein style somepin somepin.
i also am burning out on phase 1. will finish out this week but need to move on. i'm working out a lot my body needs some complex carbs to sustain it, I think.
not much else to report, other than i had to jump on for some meal ideas again. i fall back into my old habits and they are boring as snot! hahaha.
