progress - emily

down 1.5! not bad for week 1.

Also, talked to Kirsten and she has awesome recipes plus super great tips.

like getting an in and out burger protein style and replacing sauce for ketchup and mustard. i kinda want to do that one today.

She's making a list of all the good stuff. hooray!

bring it, girl!

p.s. I fluxuate during the day but to get a good reading of the progress of weight, i weigh myself in the morning before shower before food and totally naked.

That way all external factors are the same from week to week to week.
