I hope to update my tab soon, but until i can, let me do a quick intro! My name is Kirsten, I'm friends with Emily (and Lyndsay too.), and I actually got this whole program we are using from a nutritionist i was seeing months and months ago! I could NOT believe the results!! But, then of course, i was sooo stressed about the diet, and after a RECKLESS week of birthday indulgences, i crashed :-(. I pretty much went back to my post baby weight! Now i want to get back into it , but, like with any program, you have to find a place in it that won't make you want to binge and forget it!!
I will hopefully work with Emily and Lyndsay this week to update the program so everyone can see the next "phase" of the program. Which, believe me, gets alot easier and allows for much more options!!! Carbs anyone??? How about cheat meals???? yes, please and thank you.
I can't wait to see all the recipes, give updates, and hopefully, give/receive some helpful tips about what we can do to feel like we are not "dieting". Well, and also, what else is a blog for but to vent about our eating frustrations and find help - at last a forum to do that instead of chewing my husbands ear off!
Yay!!! Kirsten, i can't wait to hear your advice and recipes. i am the worst at actually cooking anything so i end up literally picking a choice from each category and go. which is fine but it's not going to take me into the long run. in fact, before i had trouble transitioning to phase two because i didn't know how to make meals that match the program. so i stayed on phase one for like 2 months and then started eating crap again and gained a bunch back. need to learn to keep it off for good!
