easssssssssssssssssssster

hey ladies!  how did easter go?  amazingly enough, i did pretty good.  was scared of the chocolate, so i abstained.  made easter dinner, ham, funeral potatoes, broccoli, spinach salad.  i had small portions and ate everything.  i did however, go into a coma after i ate....sooo..... it was probably the potatoes.

anyho, i have lost weight, not telling how much.  are we doing some kind of weekly "hey, here is my progress" type of thingy?

  1. YES! Good for you, jess. I pretty much pigged out. no candy or chocolate but i did have pretty much everything else. i felt gross last night but much better this morning. back on the horse, this week.

    i am going to weigh in tomorrow and see.

  2. I ate dinner at Emily's house. I had an obscene amount of ham. But I only ate small portions of everything else, and no rolls or pasta salad. Although I did eat some potatoes and the pie I made, which was a fairly healthy strawberry chiffon number. I have only lost a couple of pounds, probably water weight. But I really don't have much fat to loose, so I am expecting to not have a dramatic drop. I think once I add exercise starting tomorrow, I'll start seeing a toning difference, which is what I am really going for. OH! And if I make my shake an "icey" by blending it with ice cubes, it's ridiculously good.
